Terms of Service — LeaseSync

1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using LeaseSync ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to use LeaseSync for lawful purposes, including commercial use. You may:
- Upload lease documents to extract structured data
- Download and use extracted data for your business purposes
- Share extracted results with team members or clients as permitted by applicable law
You may NOT:
- Copy, reverse engineer, or decompile LeaseSync software or infrastructure
- Scrape or attempt to extract LeaseSync's source code
- Resell or redistribute LeaseSync access without authorization
- Use automated tools to bulk-test the service
Extracted data (results from your uploads) remains your property. LeaseSync claims no ownership of data you extract.
3. Disclaimer
The materials on LeaseSync are provided on an 'as is' basis. LeaseSync makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
4. Limitations
In no event shall LeaseSync or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on LeaseSync, even if LeaseSync or a LeaseSync authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
5. Accuracy of Materials
The materials appearing on LeaseSync could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. LeaseSync does not warrant that any of the materials on LeaseSync are accurate, complete, or current. LeaseSync may make changes to the materials contained on LeaseSync at any time without notice.
6. Materials & Content
LeaseSync does not control the content posted on its service by users and does not warrant the accuracy, integrity, or quality of such content. You are responsible for any content you upload, and you warrant that you have the right to upload such content.
7. Extracted Data
LeaseSync uses AI to extract information from uploaded PDF documents. While we strive for accuracy, extracted data should be verified against the original document before reliance in legal or financial contexts. LeaseSync does not warrant the accuracy of extracted data.
8. Limitation of Liability
Except as otherwise provided in a validly executed written agreement between you and LeaseSync, in no case shall LeaseSync's total liability to you in connection with any claim exceed the amount you paid for the service that is the subject of the claim.
9. Modifications of Terms
LeaseSync may revise these terms of service for its website at any time. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated Effective Date. Continued use of LeaseSync after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of New Mexico, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
